Align Your Chakras, Slow Down & Breathe

Listen Now On...

Description

Nicole believes we all have the ability to self-heal in some capacity and she wanted to run a business that offered holistic health options to embrace that. Nicole spent 10 years in biotechnology managing global brands that benefited immunity through nutrition.

This engrained the understanding of preventative health for longevity and she felt the need to share this information with her community. Nicole opened the Cave in 2015, completed her Breath Certification in 2019 and Reiki Master certification in 2021. In today’s episode spirituality, self healing and holistic tools are the main topics of conversation. Nicole shares why she decided to open Louisville Salt Cave & how beneficial it can be for your overall health & wellbeing.

Nicole also stresses the importance of why slowing down, grounding and aligning your chakras are so important to learn how to master if you’re wanting to live a happier and more fulfilled life. Lastly, Nicole provides some helpful breathing techniques that will help you if you find yourself panicking, stressing out or if you just need to recenter yourself.
