During our conversation Ciara opens up about the details of struggling with an eating disorder, her addiction to fitness, near death experience and how she managed to flip the script and change her outlook, that ultimately saved her life.
She shares with us the coping mechanisms she uses to this day to help keep her on track, how she was able to shift her mindset on food from negative to positive and why she feels it’s so important for school’s to provide transparent and helpful education on eating disorders to their students.
