Meet Jay Chase. Jay is the host of Don’t Touch My Mindset, a podcast created to help folx tap into their why, find their purpose, learn how to pivot and maintain their mindset. 

Jay’s journey of learning how to pivot began years ago when he found himself in prison for drunk driving. Since then, Jay has become sober, learned what his why is and figured out how to turn his pain into his passion. 


In this episode you’ll learn more about Jay’s journey and gain access to some tangible tools that you can utilize within your own life in order to figure out your ‘why.’ Jay also shares some encouraging insight into why it’s so important that we learn how to pivot.
