5. Mental Health Makes the World Go Round

Listen Now On...

In this weeks episode of The Wondering Mind Podcast, I had the pleasure to sit down and chat with Nik Brazley, the founder of Qreative Studio here in Louisville, KY, also a former University of Kentucky football player and currently a rising comedian on TikTok.

Nik gets candid about his mental health journey and how it has effected him in life thus far.  We also talked about the importance of self awareness in regards to mental health in life, in the workplace, while dating, along with how critical communication is when it comes to building and maintaining relationships. Lastly, we chatted about the effects social media can have on ones mental state.

This was such a fun and intriguing interview, I hope ya’ll enjoy!
