Listen Now On...

Description

Tanisha is on a mission to make therapy and trauma education more accessible. With rising waitlists and limited practitioners, therapy is losing availability.

Tanisha spreads mental health information, creates online learning and healing options for individuals who cannot access therapy, and spreads awareness about trauma. As a childhood trauma survivor who has overcome harrowing challenges, she is on a mission to heal the world, and change the mental health space.
In today’s episode Tanisha deep dives into her story of childhood sexual abuse and how that trauma effected the rest of her life. Her story is a powerful tale of learning how to overcome trauma in order to become her best self. Her story and willingness to heal has also lead her to become a therapist by helping children & survivors of abuse.
