Description

MiK is a mental health advocate who lives with bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. Mik shares her story online with others through TikTok & Instagram.

Mik is passionate about positively impacting the mental health world and does so by sharing her personal experiences & by providing a safe and inclusive community for people living with Bipolar disorder and mental health issues.

Today Mik shares a bit about her mental health journey but she mostly deep dives into the project she has been working on with Matcha Health. They have been collaborating and working on creating an amazing new app that is focused on mental health and over all wellbeing.

The goal is to provide a safe, inclusive and free space where folx from all different walks of life can join in on conversations and create content meant to help educate, encourage and provide support for others.

Mik shares some exclusive insight and details on what this app will be like and how it will hopefully change the game when it comes to social media and healthcare.
