Description

This week’s guest is Tara Swann. Tara is an Emotional Empowerment Coach and a mum of two beautiful boys. Her main passion in life is to help others do what she did – transform chronic anxiety, low confidence and self-doubt into lasting unconditional happiness and self-love.

After transforming her own life through emotional empowerment practices, Tara couldn’t help but feel called to inspire others to do the same.

In today’s episode Tara drops so many gems of insight, empowerment and wisdom. She provides tips on how to work through your emotions when triggered.

She also shares with us her experience of growing up with chronic anxiety and depression and how she was able to work through her emotions, change her perspective and achieve a healthy mindset.
